What we do
Four services, one relationship
Planning is the front door. Tax work and portfolio management come as part of a plan rather than on their own, because without one we don't know enough about your situation to do either well.
Service 01
Personal Financial Planning
Flat retainer, invoiced quarterly
Every relationship starts here. Clarify priorities, organize, plan, and implement changes aligned with your long-term goals.

Service 04
Business Consulting
Part of the planning relationship
The business is usually the largest asset and the source of the income. We treat it that way rather than as a separate conversation.
Questions this answers
- How do I sell my business?
- How does my business compare to others? Am I making enough money?
- How do I pay myself as an owner?
- How do I provide a bonus program for my staff?
- When should I hire another associate, partner, or executive?
- How do I fix my financials so the numbers are accurate?

Accounting and Payroll Consulting
Support evaluating accounting systems, payroll structure, and financial reporting.
Cash Flow and Profitability Analysis
Understanding where money is earned, where it leaks, and how changes affect owner income.
Growth and Capacity Decisions
Helping owners evaluate hiring, expansion, equipment purchases, and overhead before committing.
Working together
You do not have to move your tax work to us.
Many owners keep the accountant who already knows their business and bring us in for planning, strategy, and coordination. We do not have to manage the accounting or prepare the return.
When we do handle the tax work, it is because having it on the same team removes handoffs, not because it is required.
What it costs
Fees are published, by stage.
Planning fees are set by where you are, not by what you have. Tax preparation and portfolio management are quoted separately, and the first ninety days are a mutual evaluation period.
